White Glove Delivery: 7-10 business days (includes in-home delivery, assembly, and packaging removal)

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Typically ship within 4-6 weeks from order confirmation

Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout based on product dimensions and weight

White Glove Delivery: Starting at $350, calculated based on location and item specifications

For White Glove Delivery, our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time

Please inspect all items at the time of delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt

Remote or difficult-to-access locations may incur additional delivery fees

 Payment & Shipping Policies

Full payment is required before shipping for all orders

For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due after shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error

If you refuse delivery without prior authorization, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs
