We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer service at info@cabana-miami.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

 3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Exchanges will be processed for the same item or a similar item of equal value.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  • Contact our customer service at info@cabana-miami.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product.
  • We will provide further instructions to complete the exchange process.

 4. Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.

After 24 Hours:

  • Custom-made items cannot be canceled once production begins.
  • For in-stock items, cancellations may be accepted if the item has not shipped.
  • Contact us immediately at info@cabana-miami.com to check the status of your order.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for prompt assistance.

 Payment & Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive and process your return.

For items purchased using store credit or gift cards, refunds will be issued as store credit.
