Returns, and Exchanges Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

At Cabana Miami, many of our pieces are handcrafted, made from natural materials, produced in limited quantities, imported, made-to-order, or custom-made. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are not free unless expressly confirmed in writing by Cabana Miami.

Shipping and delivery charges are calculated based on factors that may include product size, weight, quantity, destination, accessibility, delivery method, and special handling requirements.

For certain orders, shipping or delivery charges may be quoted separately after Cabana Miami reviews the order details and delivery location. Customers may contact Cabana Miami for a shipping or delivery quote before placing an order.

Available services may include local delivery, curbside delivery, freight delivery, or white-glove delivery, depending on the item, destination, and service availability.

Any shipping, production, or delivery timeframe stated by Cabana Miami is based on the information reasonably available at the time and may be subject to change. If an Internet order cannot be shipped within an applicable promised timeframe, Cabana Miami will handle the delay, cancellation options, and any required refund for unshipped merchandise in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery dates arranged after shipment may also be affected by carrier schedules, weather, customs, port congestion, access conditions, and other circumstances outside Cabana Miami’s reasonable control.

2. DELIVERY ACCESS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Before purchasing, the customer is responsible for confirming that the item can safely fit through and into the intended location, including entrances, doors, hallways, elevators, stairways, gates, loading areas, and other access points.

Unless expressly included in writing, delivery charges do not include:

• Hoisting or crane service
• Stair carries
• Special handling
• Assembly
• Installation
• Removal of existing furniture
• Storage
• Redelivery
• Additional labor caused by restricted access

Additional charges resulting from inaccurate information, restricted access, missed appointments, failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, waiting time, or special handling requirements may be charged to the customer.

3. FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Cabana Miami, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Cabana Miami does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect measurements provided or approved by the customer
• Failure to measure the intended space or access route
• Color or tone expectations
• Natural variations in materials
• Inability to fit an item into the intended location
• Aesthetic preference after purchase
• Normal characteristics of handcrafted or natural materials

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, intended use, and suitability before purchasing.

This Final Sale policy does not eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

4. CUSTOM, MADE-TO-ORDER & SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS

All custom, made-to-order, personalized, modified, and special-order items are final sale.

Such orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Once order processing, design work, material procurement, customization, or production has begun, the order may not be cancellable.

If Cabana Miami expressly approves a cancellation before completion, the customer may remain responsible for costs already incurred, including design, materials, production, processing, freight, storage, or other related expenses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates based on information reasonably available at the time and may vary.

Natural variations and reasonable differences between samples, photographs, videos, renderings, prototypes, showroom pieces, and finished products are not considered defects.

Customer-requested changes after approval may result in additional charges and delays and require written approval from Cabana Miami.

5. NATURAL MATERIALS & HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS

Many Cabana Miami products are handcrafted and made from natural materials, including but not limited to:

• Teak
• Suar wood
• Reclaimed wood
• Other natural woods
• Natural rattan
• Bamboo
• Stone
• Concrete
• Natural fibers
• Handwoven materials
• Metal
• Other organic or handcrafted materials

Natural and handcrafted products may exhibit variations in:

• Color
• Grain
• Texture
• Tone
• Shape
• Dimensions
• Knots
• Mineral marks
• Weave
• Surface movement
• Checking
• Hairline cracks
• Small separations
• Irregularities
• Patina
• Other naturally occurring characteristics

Wood naturally responds to humidity, temperature, climate, sunlight, and environmental conditions. Expansion, contraction, movement, checking, small cracks, and changes in appearance may occur over time.

These characteristics are part of the unique nature of handcrafted and natural-material products and are not, by themselves, considered defects.

This provision does not exclude a genuine structural or manufacturing defect.

Product photographs, videos, samples, showroom displays, and digital renderings are representative. Actual color and appearance may vary due to natural material variation, lighting, photography, screens, handcrafted production, and reasonable production differences.

6. OUTDOOR USE

Products should be used outdoors only when specifically identified or approved for outdoor use.

Natural rattan and certain other natural materials are intended for indoor or covered use unless otherwise expressly stated.

Outdoor products may naturally weather, fade, oxidize, develop patina, or change appearance over time.

Teak and other natural woods may gradually change color, including developing a gray or silver appearance when exposed to outdoor conditions.

Damage or deterioration caused by improper use, unsuitable exposure, standing water, lack of reasonable maintenance, extreme weather, misuse, or failure to follow applicable care recommendations is not considered a manufacturing defect.

7. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Customers should inspect all items promptly upon delivery.

Visible shipping damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing whenever reasonably possible.

Customers should immediately photograph:

• The item
• The visible damage
• The packaging
• The shipping labels
• Any damage to the packaging

Visible shipping damage must be reported to Cabana Miami within 48 hours of delivery.

Concealed damage should be reported as soon as reasonably discovered and no later than 5 calendar days after delivery.

Claims should include:

• Customer name
• Order information
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs and/or videos
• Photographs of packaging
• Photographs of shipping labels when available

Customers should retain the product and original packaging while a claim is under review.

Failure to provide timely notice and reasonable supporting documentation may limit Cabana Miami’s ability to investigate the matter, pursue a carrier claim, or provide a remedy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives with verified shipping damage, is materially incorrect, or has a genuine manufacturing defect, Cabana Miami will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include:

• Repair
• Replacement of a component
• Replacement of the item
• Store credit where agreed
• Refund where required or otherwise approved
• Another appropriate resolution

A customer may not discard, alter, repair, return, or ship back an item subject to a claim without prior written authorization from Cabana Miami.

No unauthorized return shipments will be accepted.

9. STORAGE, REDELIVERY & UNCLAIMED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for accepting delivery or arranging pickup within the agreed arrangements.

If delivery or pickup cannot be completed because of:

• Customer unavailability
• Restricted access
• Missed appointment
• Inaccurate delivery information
• Refusal of delivery without a verified qualifying reason
• Failure to arrange timely pickup
• Other customer-caused circumstances

Additional storage, handling, waiting time, redelivery, and carrier charges may apply.

Orders remaining unclaimed, undeliverable, or uncollected may be subject to reasonable storage and handling charges, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. POLICY DISCLOSURE

Customers are encouraged to review this policy before completing a purchase.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they had the opportunity to review the applicable product information and this policy before purchase.

For in-store purchases, additional policy notices may be displayed at the point of sale.

Nothing in this policy waives or limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
