RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Last updated: September 14, 2026

At Cabana Miami, many of our pieces are handcrafted, made from natural materials, produced in limited quantities, imported, made-to-order, or custom-made. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Cabana Miami, all sales are final.

Cabana Miami does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference or buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect measurements
• Failure to measure the intended space or delivery access
• An item not fitting through entrances, doors, hallways, elevators, stairways, gates, or other access points
• Color, tone, texture, or finish expectations
• Natural variations in materials
• Aesthetic preference after purchase
• Normal characteristics of handcrafted or natural-material products

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, intended use, and suitability before purchasing.

This Final Sale policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

  1. CUSTOM, MADE-TO-ORDER, SPECIAL-ORDER, AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS

All custom, made-to-order, personalized, modified, special-order, and pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Once order processing, design work, material procurement, customization, or production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

If Cabana Miami expressly approves a cancellation before work has begun, the customer may remain responsible for any costs already incurred, including design, materials, processing, production, freight, storage, or related expenses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Natural variations and reasonable differences between samples, photographs, videos, renderings, prototypes, showroom pieces, and finished products are not considered defects.

  1. NATURAL MATERIALS AND HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS

Many Cabana Miami products are handcrafted from natural materials, including teak, Suar wood, reclaimed wood, rattan, bamboo, stone, concrete, shell, clay, metal, leather, natural fibers, and handwoven materials.

Natural and handcrafted products may exhibit variations in color, grain, texture, tone, shape, dimensions, knots, mineral markings, weave, surface movement, checking, hairline cracks, small separations, irregularities, and patina.

Wood naturally responds to humidity, temperature, climate, sunlight, and environmental conditions. Expansion, contraction, movement, checking, small cracks, fading, weathering, and changes in appearance may occur over time.

These characteristics are part of the unique nature of handcrafted and natural-material products and are not, by themselves, considered defects. This does not exclude a genuine structural or manufacturing defect.

Product photographs, videos, samples, showroom displays, and digital renderings are representative. Actual appearance may vary because of natural materials, lighting, photography, screen settings, and handcrafted production.

  1. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Customers should inspect all merchandise promptly upon delivery.

Visible shipping damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing whenever reasonably possible.

Customers should immediately photograph:

• The complete item
• The visible damage or defect
• The packaging
• The shipping labels
• Any damage to the packaging

Visible shipping damage must be reported to Cabana Miami within 48 hours of delivery.

Concealed damage that could not reasonably be identified during delivery should be reported as soon as it is discovered and no later than five calendar days after delivery.

Claims should include:

• Customer name
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos of the complete item and the issue
• Photographs of the packaging
• Photographs of the shipping labels, when available

Customers must retain the merchandise and all original packaging while a claim is being reviewed.

Failure to provide timely notice and reasonable supporting documentation may limit Cabana Miami’s ability to investigate the issue, submit a carrier claim, or provide a remedy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives with verified shipping damage, is materially different from the item ordered, or has a genuine manufacturing defect, Cabana Miami will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include:

• Repair
• Replacement of a component
• Replacement of the item
• Store credit, when agreed
• Refund, when required or otherwise approved
• Another appropriate resolution

The customer may not discard, alter, repair, return, or ship an item involved in a claim without prior written authorization from Cabana Miami.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  1. DAMAGE NOT COVERED

Damage or deterioration caused after delivery by misuse, improper care, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, unsuitable exposure, standing water, extreme weather, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow applicable care recommendations is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Products should be used outdoors only when specifically identified or approved for outdoor use. Natural rattan and certain other natural materials are intended for indoor or covered use unless expressly stated otherwise.

Outdoor products may naturally weather, fade, oxidize, develop a patina, or change appearance over time. Teak and other natural woods may gradually develop a gray or silver appearance when exposed to outdoor conditions. These natural changes are not considered defects.

  1. APPROVED REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Original shipping, delivery, White Glove service, assembly, installation, storage, and special-handling charges are non-refundable unless the approved claim resulted from an error by Cabana Miami or a verified defect or shipping damage for which Cabana Miami is responsible.
